COMCRAFT WARRANTS THAT THE PRODUCTS PRESENTED AT THIS SITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF 3 (THREE) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (WARRANTY PERIOD), UNDER NORMAL USE AND CONDITIONS. IN THE EVENT OF ANY SUCH DEFECT, YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM FREIGHT PREPAID, TO COMCRAFTT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND COMCRAFT WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT TO YOU, FREIGHT PREPAID. IF COMCRAFT DETERMINES THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT DEFECTIVE, IT WILL RETURN IT TO YOU, FREIGHT COLLECT. COMCRAFT SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DEFICIENCY RESULTING FROM ACCIDENTS, MISUSE, MODIFICATIONS, POWER DISTURBANCES OR VARIOUS OTHER FORMS OF DISASTER LIKE EARTHQUAKES, FLOODS, ETC.

The standard 3 year warranty period may be extended at the time of order against a cost of 5% / yearly of the purchase price.
To return products for repair:
Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your RMA number.
- Be prepared to provide your company information, the model and serial number of the product(s) to be repaired, and the nature of the problem.
- Along with the shipment, be sure to include documentation indicating the RMA that has been assigned to this return. Also, mark the RMA on the outside of the box. Failure to do this might delay repair and may even result in products being send back.
The typical turnaround time for warranty repair is one week and counted from date of arrival to date of shipment. Incoming shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, the return by the same, or similar service, will be paid by Comcraft.
Replacement before Repair:
Free of charge within the first 90 days from purchase. Typical response time 2 days. The original unit will have to be returned within 10 days of receipt of the replacement unit.
The Replacement before Repair service after the period of 90 days is one option. The cost of an extended Replacement before Repair service, during the remaining period of warranty, is 2% of the product value per year. Normally we will return the repaired unit to obtain our replacement unit back Incoming shipping charges are paid by the customer, outgoing shipments by Comcraft.
